DB/KB AT HOME KIT:
Scale the reps on the burpees if needed but be sure to challenge yourself
EMOM RULE - Remember 45sec work/15sec rest
Hold on tight and get ready for this to be very challenging!
The snatches and burpees both need to be completed in the 1min window.
