Towel or an Ab Mat

If needed scale the amount of reps on the sit ups to 10-15

COACHES TIP

The mountain climbers will be very challenging but really try your best to hold on and perform them unbroken each set! Remember, protect your lower back, you can use a towel if you don't have an ab mat at home.
