WORKOUT OF THE DAY - 20th APRIL 

'FULL BLAST' 

5 Rounds for time:

20 DB Snatch

10 Burpees

50 Double Unders

KIT NEEDED 

1 x DB or KB

Skipping Rope

AT HOME KIT:

Water bottle

Milk jug

Back Pack

SCALE

Scale the weight as needed for the snatches Scale DU to double taps or 100 single skips

COACHES TIP

Pick a nice steady pace and try your best to go unbroken in the snatches depending on the weight you have at home.

Remember use your legs and drop under the weight! The snatches today will be coming from the floor with both ends of the DB making contact with the floor. ALWAYS alternating arms too!

Remember to get your chest to the floor on the burpees with full hip extension and a clap at the top of each rep. Go big!
