Hi guys,
A great one for anyone who has a single dumbbell at home or in the studio. Like with any AMRAP this is all about pace. Make sure you go hard enough you get the most from the 20mins but you pace it so that you can sustain your output for the full 20mins, making your way smoothly from exercise to exercise.
