30 Minute hiit workout + tabata
Hey guys, it's Talilla Henchoz! Give this spicy little number a go at home! You can do this as a finisher to a strength workout or a max effort workout of the day!
We'll be starting with HIIT workout, which stands for 'High Intensity Interval Training', the goal here is to pick a pace you can maintain and aim to hit the same numbers each round! The movements are paired, and will change frequently so make sure to follow along.
After the HIIT workout, we'll move into a punchy Tabata, don't leave anything in the tank here!

4th Exercise: Squat and x2 Jump Lunges
5th Exercise: Across the Body Mountain Climbers (Slow for 6 and Double Time for 8)
6th Exercise: Crab Toe Touch
7th Exercise: x4 Jabs into Burpee
8th Exercise: Bear Row to Renegade Row
9th Exercise: 10 Fast Feet into Half Burpee
10th Exercise: Single Leg Toe Touch
