We're changing up the CrossFit Total which was first seen at the 2007 CrossFit Games. As most of you won't have a barbell, you can use a dumbbell or kettlebell. Complete 1 minute max reps of each movement. Multiply the number of reps you get by the weight that you were using and that will give you your new home edition CrossFit Total!
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
- DUMBBELL
60 SECONDS MAX REPS OF EACH MOVEMENT (no rest between)
Max Weighted Squats
Max Shoulder Press
Max DB Deadlift
Take your reps and multiply by the weight of the DB/ KB to get your total.
