We're changing up the 2010 CrossFit Games Final which included toes to bar and barbell ground to overhead. As most of you won't have a barbell or a rig, you can use a dumbbell or kettlebell and swap out toes to bar to toe touches. Bring the CrossFit Games straight to your living room!
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
- DUMBBELL
3 ROUNDS FOR TIME (7 MINUTE CAP)
30 Toe Touch Sit Ups
21 Dumbbell Ground To Overhead
