Who is up for a burner? The aim of this workout is to stay consistent between each round. Don't go out too fast and end up taking lots of rest between the latter rounds. Try not to let go of the dumbbell during the round. You can do alternating reps, 5 one side 5 the other or all 10 on one arm for speed.
