How long can you go for? This workout starts off quite simple with enough time to complete the work, but as the reps increase and the rest decreases, it will come down to how bad you want it. Dig deep and fight with this workout, test your mental and physical strength!
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
- WALL BALL
- ROWING MACHINE
until failure
- Row 200m
- Sit Up x 10 reps
- Wall ball 10 reps
- Increase by 10m and 1 rep of each exercise every 3 mins until you cannot complete the work in under 3 minutes.
