Dottir Workout: Home Edition
DOTTIR WOD: HOME EDITION

Everyone knows the Icelandic Dottir's are insanely good at CrossFit. They're so good they even created a workout in honour of them. This workout would usually contain bar muscle ups and a barbell however we're swapping them out for strict pull ups, dumbbell rows and a kettlebell.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
- KETTLEBELL

12 Pull ups
21 KB deadlift
9 Pull ups
15 Hang clean KB
6 Pull up
9 KB shoulder press
