Annie is a CrossFit benchmark staple workout that most people will have done at least once, either during their fundamental class or in their gym. We have adapted this workout so that is can be done anywhere with no equipment. This workout is usually done with skipping, either single or double unders but instead we are doing it with lunges or jumping lunges. Enjoy!
