5 Rounds for time weight vest workout with Scott Brits

Coaches Tip
This weighted vest workout is broken up into two parts. The first part consists of 5 rounds of 10 burpees then 10 vest ground to overheads. So once you’ve finished your burpees, take your vest off and use that as a weight. Part two is 10 air squats followed by 10 devil press. Again, after you’ve completed the air squats, take the vest off and perform 10 devil press with it. Enjoy!
