Hey guys, Coach Jess here! Today I've got a weight vest workout for you. If you don't have a weight-vest you can use something heavy like a back pack. This workout is a descending ladder of air squats and reverse lunges followed by an ascending ladder of the same reps and movements. Between each set, you must however hold a 60 second plank.
