Hey everybody! Give this weight vest workout a try. The first part of this workout is 150 air squats for time. But there's a catch...every minute on the minute (including at the start) you must do 5 strict handstand push ups. If you can't do strict then swap out to kipping or box handstand push ups! Once you've finished that rest for 3 minutes then complete 75 burpee box jump overs but this time you have to do 10 push ups every minute.
