Coaches Tip
Hey everybody! Give this double under workout a try. The is workout is 75 burpee box jump overs for time, but there's a catch...every minute on the minute (including at the start) you must do 50 weighted double unders. If you don't have a weighted rope then just do normal double unders or single unders.
