Coaches Tip
Switching between three distinct styles of movement in your workout is called a "triplet." This triplet is designed to be a work on your high level gymnastics skills. Choose the best scaling options for you so that you can keep your total time under 30 minutes. The goal is to move consistently and efficiently, don't take too much rest between movements and to focus on not getting any no-reps.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
- Pull Up Bar
FOR TIME

- 8 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
- 25ft Handstand Walk
- 8 Handstand Push Ups
*SCALING OPTIONS*
- Pull Ups, Jumping Pull Ups ,Ring Rows.
- Bear Crawl
- HSPU's with AB Mat, Push Ups
