Terms and Conditions Black Friday
We will always try to respond to your queries as quickly and efficiently as possible! We are currently experiencing very high numbers of orders and emails, but we will be working round the clock to respond to your emails and DMs as fast as we can.
Shipping and Delivery Times:
We've taken every necessary measure to make sure our logistical team at the warehouse are in safe conditions, from our side ALL orders are being processed as usual. Due to the high volumes of orders over this period there may be slight carrier delays.
All orders currently have a 45 day returns period; this will remain the same for our Black Friday sale. For example, if you were to purchase from us on the 27th of November, you’d have until the 11th of January to register a return through our online returns’ portal - HERE
WHY IS NO ONE REPLYING TO ME?
We know that you may have some questions for our lovely Customer Service Team. If you do not receive a reply straight away please remain calm, do not panic, someone will be in touch with you as quickly as possible.
To ensure we get back to you as fast as we can please do not send multiple emails or messages. If you do, this may only hold things up further for you and other customers!
WHEN DOES THE SALE START AND END?
Our Black Friday sale will run from Monday 22nd of November through to Monday 29th of November.
WILL I BE ABLE TO USE KLARNA FOR BLACK FRIDAY?
All our usual payment options will remain the same for Black Friday including Klarna, so you can buy now and pay later! Please be sure to double check your shipping address and billing address are correct before checking out. Some auto-fill options will send your order to the wrong address!
If you are experiencing payment issues please ensure that all payment information is correct, ensure your billing address is correct or try a different payment method or card.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO SHOP WITH YOU?
No, you do not need an account to shop with us :)
WHY ISN’T MY DISCOUNT CODE WORKING?
All discount codes will be deactivated for our sale and cannot be used in conjunction with already discounted items.
WILL ITEMS BE RESTOCKED ONCE SOLD OUT?
If an item is showing as sold out, we do have a ‘NOTIFY ME WHEN BACK IN STOCK’ button below each out of stock item! :) Please sign up there to be the first to know when they’re back in stock (if it is re-stocked at all)
ARE MY ITEMS RESERVED IF IN MY CART?
If you add any items to your cart this does not reserve the stock for you. Should any of your items go out of stock whilst you are browsing our wonderful collection of training gear but you are still able to checkout we will be in touch as quickly as we can and of course refund you in full for that item.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL OR ORDER NUMBER BUT MY MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN
Please keep an eye on your email inbox, sometimes these emails will end up in your junk! If you still have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your and weren't taken to the order confirmation screen on-site, please check with your bank to see if the payment has gone through. If the payment has gone through, then please contact our Customer Service Team for help. It may just be that in all the excitement of our sale you made a mistake in your email address!
I’VE ENTERED THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS
Don’t panic, we’ve all done it and we know Black Friday is very exciting! If you reached our confirmation page, then we will have received your purchase and will be getting it ready to send to you. Feel free to take a screenshot of this page if it would put your mind at ease.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you REALLY want to cancel your order (we won’t be angry… just disappointed), please contact our Customer Service Team as quickly as you can using the subject title URGENT CANCELLATION followed by your order number. This doesn’t mean your order will definitely be cancelled but where possible we will do our best.
