RPM's most versatile and most popular cable type, this is the cable that comes standard on all Session and Sprint ropes. While a Coated Cable will certainly last longer on rough surfaces like concrete, their lifespan on such surfaces will range anywhere from a few workouts to a few months, depending on frequency of use, jumping technique, and how rough the surface is. We recommend trying to jump on a rubber mat or rubber flooring whenever possible.
