CROSSFIT BARBELL WORKOUT
Time: 20 Minutes
What's happening guys! Faisal here, back again, this time with a 20 minute barbell Session! You know the deal, 2 blocks of work; we're going to work for 1 minute and then rest for 1 minute.
Make sure you're warmed up before hand and mentally prepared to give it your all and earn each 1 minute rest!
I'm using 40kg here, ladies maximum 30kg. No need to go heavy!

2 COMPLEXES: 1 MINUTE ON 1 MINUTE REST
Complex 1: 5 Clusters
+ Maximum Jumps Over the Bar in remaining time.
Complex 2: x5 Power Clean + Jerk
+ Maximum Butterfly Sit Ups in remaining time.
