What's happening guys! Faisal here, back again, this time with a 20 minute Crossfit Dumbbell Session! You know the deal, 2 blocks of work; we're going to work for 1 minute and then rest for 1 minute.
Make sure you're warmed up before hand and mentally prepared to give it your all and earn each 1 minute rest!

Complex 1:
x8 Deadlifts, x6 Hang Cleans, x4 Push Press
Into MAX Down Ups in remaining time.
Complex 2: x10 Thrusters
Into MAX Hollow Rocks in remaining time.
